30 Days of Buffy: Day 18: Character Who Didn’t Get Enough Screen Time - Tara Maclay and Faith Lehane.
30 Days of Buffy: Day 17: Character You Relate To The Most — Faith Lehane
Faith: “And you can’t stand that. You’re all about control. You have no idea what it’s like on the other side! Where nothing’s in control, nothing makes sense! There is just pain and hate and nothing you do means anything. You can’t even..”
Buffy: “Shut up!”
Faith: “Just tell me how to make it better.”
Like Faith, I haven’t had a great past. Yes, my parents might have loved me, unlike hers, but I’ve seen my share of traumatic events and it shaped me. There was a time I was lost in the darkness too, and although I haven’t always showed it violently, I did a lot of things I regret now. Faith gave me hope. That we can really rise above things and become stronger. That we can save that good part of ourselves and correct the wrongs we’ve done with time. She and Angel, are my heroes. (and I know most of her story takes place in Angel, but it’s still the Buffy!verse ppl)

30 Days of Buffy: Day 16: Episode You Like That Everyone Else Hates - Empty Places, 7x19
Faith - “Hey. Look, I swear I didn’t want it to go this way ..
.”Buffy - “Don’t ..
.”Faith - “I mean it, I ..
.”Buffy - “Don’t … be afraid to lead them. Whether you wanted it or not, their lives are yours. It’s only gonna get harder. Protect them, but lead them.”
We all hated Buffy’s behavior. Let’s face it. And I thought about kicking her ass a couple of times myself. Although I hated her friends turning on her after everything they’d been through, I understood their perspective. Also Faith taking the reigns was something I cheered on, along with the Spuffy moments after when Buffy was all alone with Spike. This episode just gave me a lot of feels.
30 Days of Buffy: Day 15 - Favorite Male Villain:
Spike aka William ‘the Bloody’ Pratt.
The fun-loving, humoristic, sarcastic, lovable, romantic fool of a vampire who wreaks havoc and makes a name for himself wherever he goes, only to lose his heart to a Slayer with friends in the end. Killing Slayers, killing humans and being a typical vampire (except he has more heart than any of the others out there) he never really met his match until he met Buffy.
You are perfection, Blondie-Bear.
//: OVERIDE KILL ORDER
A stronger connection. A profound bond.
LOOK. AT. HIS. FACE.
Like he’s come to some horrible realization that what he wants with his whole heart is the same thing he’s being forced to beat, to break, to kill. That he can not possibly be the monster that Naomi wants him to be.
